Pros

Working with people who live and breathe Rally's core values is truly inspiring. These values translate to all facets of life, and I am proud to work for a company that instills confidence and trust in its employees.

Cons

Growing so fast usually means that there will be some pain. Everyone at Rally is conscious of this though, and are sympathetic and supportive.

Rally is a great environment to work in - passionate people, having fun and wanting to make a difference. Employees are trusted and respected.

Cons

Its hard being in a international office as part of such a collaborative organisation. Keeping in touch with whats going on at the head office can be challenging at times.

The Rally culture is one of a work/life balance, respect to each other, collaboration and freedom of speech. The management know exactly where they are going and the teams around them all pull in the same direction. It is a fun place to be where hard work is rewarded and a joy to do. The best work colleagues I have ever worked with

There aren't many downsides at all other than we are still a small company competing in a big world
