Very Agile, Market Leaders in what they do, very knowledgeable Transformation Consultants and Agile Coaches. Great pre-sales people too.

Cons

Very US-centric view of the world makes doing business in EMEA tough, leadership merry-go round makes ever-changing strategy hard to execute against, CA-acquisition is a clash of cultures.

Pros

Working with people who live and breathe Rally's core values is truly inspiring. These values translate to all facets of life, and I am proud to work for a company that instills confidence and trust in its employees.

Cons

Growing so fast usually means that there will be some pain. Everyone at Rally is conscious of this though, and are sympathetic and supportive.

Rally is a great environment to work in - passionate people, having fun and wanting to make a difference. Employees are trusted and respected.

Cons

Its hard being in a international office as part of such a collaborative organisation. Keeping in touch with whats going on at the head office can be challenging at times.
