      Pros

      Fair choice if you have an ongoing client opportunity and switching to this employer for a better salary.

      Cons

      Very lethargic in searching opportunity for consultants in case your current gets expired. Very poor communication and respect from Senior management. Very few direct clients which is a high risk.

      Pros

      Technology company, has some good clients they work for where there staff can be on-site. Not so much to say anymore to be honest

      Cons

      So many things to write. No access to management, no proper staff training. Not so great salary and no career projection.

      Pros

      Ramp had gone thru a very large downsizing before I joined, but the team that was left was very strong and really got that they were in rebuilding mode. Very realistic in the way they approached running lean and mean, and everyone pitched in together and worked well together. That is, until the new CEO came in, and the wheels fell completely off almost over night.

      Cons

      Since they were small, everyone had to wear multiple hats and that became difficult to do well all the time. This was before new management. Once new management came in, the game was changed forever. Dishonesty and mistrust ruled the day, and new management treated all employees - new and old - with disdain and a total lack of respect.
