Pros
I really can't think of any pros at all except the pay, I was paid more than my supervisor was paid and told to be quiet about it or I'd be fired over it.
Cons
Management is horrible, plant supervisor claims he has an open door policy, which in fact if you bring any issues to their attention you are reprimanded for it or fired. Employees are rude and disrespectful, name calling childish behavior, their constructive criticism is really only ridicule and belittling. Management dosent care or want to deal with any of the issues . not a good place to work at all.
