The workload can be high in high pressure situations, work can go unnoticed, credits cannot be expected the team dynamics could cause lot of mental pressure unless they like you, psychological health of the people should be taken care.

Only CEO is the competent guy here all else are just there to pickup low hanging fruits and make money. The middle management is the one which has resulted into downfall of this company. Desperate social media trails, fewer running prototypes and low funds have created huge older employee exit from the company . All they have is great graphics guy and website guy. Only front end looks good. Backend is as messed up it can be. They market the product as High Voltage but there are so much issues that it will take three generations to solve this issues. Forcibly creating some engineering architecture won't work there needs to be competence behind it to architect the product. Overall the culture is great but middle managers have ruined this company for nothing. I have personally learnt a lot but all went into vain due to lack of product competence in CPO, confusion is his MOAT and he is never able to decide on the technical aspects no matter how much inputs you give. You can join if you want to stay mediocre and want to work with ego inflated middle managers. Nothing good would probably come out. All the best . The culture is good though if you learn how to please middle managers who are totally incompetent.
