Pros
To all my Friends, I do have 10+ years of experience and I joined Rays Tech Serv as very senior position. I was working with their onsite client "CTIS" for almost 5 to 6 months. I joined Rays Tech just because of CTIS client as I want to work with US based product company. I had very bad experience over there. They terminated my job just before completing of 6 months for very minor issue. They don't even give me any warning or any notice before termination. I understand if company or organization got any business loss they did such things but here they were not having any business problem. As per corporate policy if you terminate someone company should give some time-frame to employee so he can find something for him but here they did not even give me at least singe day. Rays Tech Serv CEO is very arrogant and egoist person. He just maintains relation with their employee as Boss and servant. He believes all his employees are his servant and he can take any decision against them even if those decisions are spoiled any one career but he doesn't care at all. They are not professional at all so they don't even follow the employer/employee relationship. This is not first time they did such thing. I remember just before one month of my joining to Rays Tech, They terminated job of one employee. He was also gone through same situation and He writes very bad review in “Glassdoor”. I still remember that after getting that review Rays Tech Serv administration has asked all their employees to write some good reviews immediately in “Glassdoor” so their overall review or rating may not go down. Now you can think how much maturity level they have. So, if you found any good review please don't fall into trap. Today my heart is crying and I don't want this happen with any other innocent person.
Cons
For me I don't have any pros for Rays Tech as everything is bad for me. Let me give very small example of their work culture. Their office timings are 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Ohhh 10 hours official work time. Now they implemented policy if any employee come late or going early they allow him / her to do that for only 3 times per month. If any employee do for more than 3 times they deduct half day leave from his / her salary. Can you imagine that working for 10 hours and maintain such policy is very painful for any employee. I never seen such policy in any IT industry in my whole career life. They had even implemented that by making software system with help of their employees. Now imagine how much maturity level they have that they are using their techy people mind to implements such worst policy and procedure. I request please think 2-3 times before join to Rays Tech. And if you join be ready to face any such situation which occurred to innocent employees like me.
