First, full disclosure. I am one of the founders of Re:Coded. We founded Re:Coded on the belief that nonprofits can be more efficient, agile, and innovative. We strive to design policies and practices that put people first because they do the phenomenal work that makes Re:Coded a leading organization in the education and professional development sector.

Cons
As a growing organization that is only 3 and a half years old, things may feel a bit messy sometimes. Everyone is expected to get their hands dirty and be proactive. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable or frustrating. But we never lose sight of our goal, which is to build a great organization to last. So whatever anxiety or confusion one may feel, it is only temporary as we remove painpoints.
