Pros

Employee-Centric Culture: ResourcePro has been nothing short of exceptional when it comes to employee satisfaction. From 2019 to 2024, I have witnessed the company evolve and implement numerous initiatives aimed at prioritizing the well-being of its workforce. What sets ResourcePro apart is its ability to balance the needs of a large, diverse team spread across multiple locations. The company ensures that culture, engagement, and employee satisfaction remain at the forefront. Growth and Development: The company encourages continuous learning, development, and career advancement, making it a great place for both personal and professional growth. Work Environment: The work culture at ResourcePro is supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented. From my first day, I felt welcomed and valued, and that sentiment only grew over time. I always felt that my contributions mattered. Strong Leadership & Communication: Throughout my time with the company, leadership demonstrated transparency, openness, and a genuine desire to listen to employee feedback. This was instrumental in creating an environment of trust and mutual respect. The leadership here truly sets the tone for the entire company by consistently being ahead of the curve, whether it’s through strategic decisions, process improvements, or fostering a positive work environment.

Cons

Suggestion for Improvement: As a multinational company, ResourcePro has a fantastic opportunity to further enhance the employee experience by offering more opportunities for internal mobility across different countries. This would not only allow employees to broaden their horizons but also provide them with valuable exposure to new cultures, markets, and professional challenges. Such initiatives could help in fostering a deeper sense of global collaboration and offer employees the chance to expand their skillsets in diverse environments, benefiting both their personal growth and the company’s overall success.

Pros

The people (most of them) were amazing. I developed some really great friendships during my time there. The culture was pretty upbeat. The flexible schedule was very nice. They pushed for furthering your education. Supported it 100%. They give amazing opportunities to their interns. Their employee engagement, over the years, has gotten so much better. Their TA team is strong. If you're "in", you will be completely 100% taken care of.

Cons

Everything else. Management (most of them) were very deceitful...scared of any change. Its a company that cant seem to get out of a "start up" mentality. Individuals who THOUGHT they were management, let it go to their heads. The way they speak to people is a joke. I was told on multiple occasions that I was incompetent (for an issue that I literally had nothing to do with, but wouldn't lie to cover someone else's mistake). If you have an opinion, you're better off keeping it to yourself, or you will be made to feel like a complete fool.

Thank you for your comments and feedback. I am glad you enjoyed building relationships with our amazing people and appreciated our upbeat culture. We recognize people are our greatest asset and know how important it is to bring in people who contribute to the culture we’ve worked hard to build. Leaders and managers that show care and concern for our employees and encourage growth are core to keeping our culture strong. The behaviors you described in your review are inconsistent with our values and we’d like to learn more so we can work to improve. If you’re open to sharing more, please reach out to a Global Talent individual. Thank you again for your feedback – we really appreciate all of it – the glow and the grow comments.
