Some nice people work there. Great company if you are at the beginning of your career.

Cons

Communication from the Leadership Team needs to improve. There is mistrust in leadership in general. People management skills need to be better across the board. Need to be more flexible with working from home. It is a deal breaker for top talent in this day and age. The employee turnover is astounding and disturbing. People leave the company with a jaded edge.
