Colleagues are truly wonderful The charity is genuinely working so hard towards it's mission Extra days off for Eid
Cons
Not very supportive SMT Not much flexibility on hours / working days etc Quite a 'do as I say not as I do' culture SMT can be very patriarchal and patronising at times SMT divided between conservative vision and progressive vision
- All the staff are friendly and approachable, from the top of the chain to the bottom.
- Working in the charity sector gives you a sense of purpose to your role other than your own income, knowing you have supported people less fortunate around the world after a hard days work feels wonderful.
- Flexibility and Remote working
Cons
- As the company does not have a lot of staff, room for progression is minimal.
- If you have a suggestion for the seniors or board, it will get brushed under the carpet.
