      Work life balance alright because there’s no work

      Management doesn’t like to do there job to keep the shop busy so your constantly worried about layoffs on and off

      Flexibility in work schedule. Sometimes interesting subject matter.

      Cons

      Long hours with no appreciation from management. Lack of ability to fix problems within company. Low pay for most positions, with no reviews or chances for raises. Dead end job with lots of turnover from unhappy employees.
