- Still has experienced people, although many have left or got laid off in the recent layoffs.
Cons
- For the past years the focus of the owners and leadership has been to get the company listed or acquired. This has been publicly shared in management interviews in local media. With the challenging market for IT consulting, there have been no buyers. The wait for the company to get sold seem to have created a prolonged period of employees waiting to cash out their shares before making an exit from the company. - According to current employee stories, many are just focusing on their day-to-day, not bothering to engage outside their team. This is a stark contrast to the great engaging culture the company was previously known for.
