      Pros

      I am very satisfied working for Realsoft. They have a good marketing team, got many opportunities to advance in my career. Get a quick response for any request. I got paid on time for the work

      Cons

      They have to improve their internal infrastructure for even better management. Other than this I don't see any cons with Realsoft

      Nice environment, Supportive and positive people around, good place to work. Great culture, If feel there is lot of trust in the team. I find a job Qucik and working since year same project, getting payment every month before 5th. happy life, no ten's..

      I am with Realsoft Tech for 5 years and I have the best experience so far and the key elements which I found my self in safe hands are. 1. Pay on time. 2. Responsible Management with Transparency 3. Best Immigration 4. Top clients with many projects. 5. Recognizing Hard-work. 6. Best Trainers. 7. Sponsored Free H1B. 8.Plenty of options and technologies to learn. 9. Great Marketing team

      I can't say any downside about working for this company. The only place they can improve is team work.
