1. One man army (no buddy listen to your thoughts). 2. Lots of duplication of same work (which kills lots of time ). Same work you need to do 4 times (one copy for the client, other copy for daily standup, another copy for mom and one for local repository (confluence) ). 3. Hike is not based on your performance or client appreciation but it's based on your lead feedback.(Pathetic) 4.First impression when you enter the company after working in MNc is whether this is call center ?? (very small in size) My suggestion : dont enter this company if you already worked in mnc type company as it degrade your brand value and skill sets. 5.Bad smell (employee used to eat on their desk itself as there is no cafeteria). 6.Once you entered into any project very rare chance that you will get into new project .(i guess only 7-10 project in whole company). 7.Last thing if you have any argument with your lead on any topic then be ready to get bombarded with lots of work after that. 8.They may delay your notice period even if its two months.
