Processes and structure can still be evolving due to the company’s size. Limited internal resources at times may require employees to wear multiple hats. Benefits and formal career progression could be more defined.
I cannot say enough about the good things that Red Pully offers as an employer! They assign lots of development work (as opposed to meetings/documentation), offer very flexible hours, thank its workers very often, and also encourage and equip workers with tools to learn and grow. I love the people here and the work, and it is a joy to be able to be around such a smart and fun work environment. 10/10 would recommend!

Young company, so has some time to get its footing, but management works heartily to keep us with contracts and work, so even this isn’t too big of an issue
