      Pros

      Professional attitudes throughout the workforce, at all levels. Genuine team effort to deliver quality work to clients. Inclusive culture, bringing different / unique people together. Leadership do care for / value each individual. They will make allowances for family and always aim to treat you fairly - like a human being, genuinely - not as just another worker / cog in the machine.

      Cons

      Could do more to help talented individuals progress beyond present role. More training and a clearer career path would help employees to get there.

      Always a friendly, diverse and welcoming atmosphere, with a lot of benefits and events for all. Amazing work/life balance and opportunities to learn from other employees and training.
