Lack of job security. 3 org restructures in the year and a half I was there, with multiple redundancies. Pay is extremely below industry standard. When staff would leave a project, they wouldn't replace them. Everyone else is expected to pick up the slack that I ended up doing 2 other people's jobs, but rejected for a small pay raise. Treat people as if they are disposable - so many people in the redundancies were with the company less than a year - leads me to believe they don't have any actual structure or plan.

Change in management last year was polarising, and disrupting to the company. Little methodology apparent in decision making from the exec team, seems to be more ad-hoc and - when pushed for decision criteria - seemed to be not based on anything. Short-term view in planning and forecasting. Isolated sections of the business don't communicate. Virtually zero transparency in many aspects, seems to be many things hidden. Two waves of redundancy cycles this calendar year doesn't look good for longevity. Big push to get people back into the office so heads are visible to the CEO demonstrates mistrust. Below market rates, no pay rises for two years.
