Pros

Coworkers are awesome. Definitely feels like a family and teams work well with each other. Company is expected to rapidly grow in the near future which should lead to a lot of exciting opportunities. You also learn a ton in a small amount of time especially on the tech side.

Exposure to different systems and setups. Experienced coworkers who'll happily help out when you run into an issue. Engaging work and reliable tools. No micromanagement. Good pay and benefits (include medical coverage and PTO).
