I have been working at Redcentric full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Leaving at the end of the day
     - Receptionists are very nice

    Cons

    - Management doesn't have any idea who is doing what
     - Promotion is non-existent
     - Being banned from winning incentives (only one on the team to able to win)
     - Underpaid
     - No staff due to budget cuts
     - Anyone who leaves/fired being replaced in India
     - I have never worked for a company with such bad morale, everyone just wants to get out the door as fast as they can
     - Outdated office/ equipment
     - Hard to move to any other department as there is such a divide between them
     - Been told for over 2 years now that the whole company was eligligbe for any pay rises at all even with cost cutting and reduction is staff
     - CEO Chris Jagusz is rude and doesnt know anything about the staff past the directors.
     - Managment start and leave when they want
     - Team morale used to be very high when i started, Redcentric would take us out every year to alton towers etc... now all stopped
     - Seen first hand the bully culture at Redcentric

If you are considering working for this company heed my warning and AVOID! do not make the same mistake I did...

    Advice to Management

    - Treat staff like normal human being
     - Recognise the staff that actually make Redcentric tick, not just the sales team that makes you a quick buck!
     - Increase team morale
     - Build people up, not knock them down

I worked at Redcentric full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Your final day working here!

    Cons

-Many clauses in contract small print
    -Appauling management and directorship
    -Costcutting leading to understaffing
    -Very bad morale
    -No teamwork amongst departments
-Many staff members have terrible work ethics and attitude
    -Very poor salary
-Very often expected to do the work of 3 people
-No praise or thanks, merely criticism
-Lack of vision leading to short term, not long term fixes
-Way too reactive and no opportunities to be proactive
-If you already work here, then leave when you get your wage and give no notice - otherwise they will screw you for more than a months salary (not paying the overtime worked etc!)

    Advice to Management

-Get your thumbs out of your arses and do some real work.
-Many of you have only worked for this company and unfortunately have turned it into a terrible place to work.
-You are big fish in a small pond but when you eventually work for another company, you will realise that the skills you have are pretty much zero.
-It work so stop treating it as a youth club where you all just spend your days on Facebook giggling about immature things.
-Also, you are not teachers so stop treating staff like children!

I have been working at Redcentric (More than 3 years)

    Pros

All the staff are like minded people who generally agree on everything

Salary pays the bills but nothing fancy

    Cons

Underpaid and over worked, lack of progression - support is like a primary school playground and there is a clear division of departments with almost no interaction between them

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your surroundings and a change of attitude wouldn't go amiss.
