Pros
Manufacturer that is part of the firearms industry. If you are into guns and can handle poor leadership it is a good resume builder, Get in and get out. No drug testing required. Good place to build a gun industry network, until the COO/VP catches on. Two week mandatory vacation in August. One week at thanksgiving, other holidays at managements discretion.
Cons
The COO is a bully who is known for berating employees and co- workers in public. He is known for going around his own chain of command to fire employes directly. Managers learn of the firing when the employee fails to show up the next day. Long hours are required at less than competitive pay.
