Management was wonderful. The team was like a family. Great perks and they did a great job at building moral.

I can't think of any cons while employed there. I did hear that they sold to another company so I am not able to comment on on how the new company opperates.
Small company with a pioneering spirit. The work we were doing helped companies and the environment. Your input was heard at all levels of the company.

The company was far too dependent on the business of only a couple of clients. The economic model wasn't sustainable.
