Pros
Fair wages provided you worked hard enough to earn them. Good training/promotional aspects for right people. Several regional offices so chances or work were good if you moved. Health and safety record is good.
Cons
Too many managers not enough workers. Very autocratic management regime - often their way or no way. Great all the time things are going well - soon as things go quiet they are too quick to let people go, often at expense of team/project.
