      Pros

      Early start, but early finishes. Easy and nice driving around all day. Big company so you get paid on time, automatically put into a warehouse apprenticeship (super easy, online training done at work) but means you get the benefits of that (cheaper trains/busses with Opal).

      Cons

      Boys club. Overtly sexist and misogynistic. From what I saw, you can progress quickly if you're a bloke. Many women I worked with stayed in the same position for many years. Pay is pretty average if you're a driver and you have to work every second Saturday.

      Pros

      Good working environment, promotes and encourages employees to think latterly. Ceo and directors very approachable Research and development department very big and considered a vital part of company

      Cons

      Pay could be better. not much else would recommend if looking for a career interested in R and D small office-not many people

      Pros

      There are a few good people in the business that actually do the work, I would say I have met some awesome people at Reece.

      Cons

      Some people have been put in Manager positions purely for the years they been at Reece and the connections they have made with senior leadership. It is very frustrating trying to explain basic tasks to your manager when they should know this or they organize 5 meetings a week to know what we are doing (Micro Management style). The Bad Managers are very two faced, they are nice to your face but they talk bad behind your back, Managers need to support their team and help them grow, not bring them down. There is a massive lack of technical Knowledge.
