      For me, I'd say there are little to no cons working at Referizer. The company offers a fair and balanced work environment, with flexible workdays and the freedom to enjoy your weekends, ensuring a great work-life balance.

      This company is probably the best company I have had the pleasure of working with, REFERRIZER has a work community that will help you succeed beyond your wildest dreams They have the training and everything you need to be successful you just have to apply it You have the opportunity to grow starting at appointment setter rising to closer if you can prove your a sales superstar

      I have yet to come across any cons in the 3 months ive been with them

      The pay is based on how many calls you make in order to get an appt which any experience B2B Phone Pro know One of the number #1 Obstacles is getting the Decision maker to speak with on your 1st call to them especially is your asking for the owner so the more places you call there not there to speak with the less they pay you once you get an appointment
