The whole lot really. I’ve never worked anywhere with a more disenfranchised team. Literally everyone on the shop floor resents the company and their job which makes for a very difficult working environment. Change is impossible, even with a managers buy-in of the idea, so any issues you face now are the same you will face 10 years down the line. This makes the job quite stressful as everyone can see how it could be better but you are stuck working in inferior ways. Zero chance of progression. Some very poor managers at shop floor level who prevent the upper management seeing the reality on the ground. The worst managers seem to be moved from place to place when they have upset too many people, rather than the business dealing with them directly. Again, it’s the guys on the ground who suffer.
