Time zone difference with a global footprint can make some internal and external meetings challenging. Growing pains - there is a considerable amount of infrastructure required to continue on the path to being a unicorn. Some necessary changes have been made, in terms of systems, process and people. If you can't work in a fast paced, high growth company then this is not the company for you.
