      Pros

      I myself came from a large corporation in the housing industry. Coming to Regency I was a bit reluctant due to the size. The Regency team has been nothing but welcoming, accommodating, understanding, and passionate. You can tell that this is a group of individuals that truly enjoys what they do each day.

      Pros

      I have never been as happy at a job! I have an amazing team, and right off the bat my coworkers and boss were extremely welcoming and helpful. Rewarding work as well as easy work/life balance.

      Cons

      An occasional weekend but that's just another opportunity to get towards desired leased % and make commission!
