      Pros

      Management is awesome, real people who care about whats going in your life. As long as you work hard and do well at your role, they work with you. Great goals and very willing to mentor across all departments. Great software thats super fun to work with.

      Cons

      If you expect a typical company you will not be happy. There is a steep learning curve, but ample resources to learn it and the environment is very much you fail, youre human, you work on it and solve it.

      Pros

      My colleagues make Regpack a fun place to work. I feel like I'm helping people learn, which is rewarding. I like that there are always ways to challenge myself by testing the possibilities of the software. My supervisor and boss are both great. They trust me and give me space. I believe my opinion is valued and some of my ideas have been implemented. I work from home and my job is flexible so I can work anywhere which opens possibilities for my personal life. The healthcare plan is also excellent. It's the best one and 100% paid by Regpack. They just started offering a retirement plan with employer matching at 1%.

      Cons

      I wish I made more money. I try to justify it with the flexibility, benefits, and vacation time, but I really could use the money. No annual review with an opportunity to discuss a raise. Small company, so minimal room for growth or promotion

      Cons

      Steep learning curve when it comes to the buyer's persona and software. Very low base salary.
