Pros

Well, much of the staff is generally composed of good people just trying to work a job to make a living. Other than that, there really are no pros. Unless you want to count the cafeteria they've set up where they over charge you on things. The biggest pro was leaving the place for good.

Cons

Management is a complete and utter joke. I can't stress that enough. You are just a number there in the cubicle farm. If you do halfway decent work at your given job, there will be no good words towards you, there will just be more work added to your pile until you're so overworked that you can't succeed, then you get to hear about how your job performance is bad. Furthermore, wage freezes are incredibly common, they've stopped 401K matching. Morale is so low upon the employees. They've fired really, really good employees over the simplest and most petty things just to out people from advancing and moving up the pay scale.

Thank you for the feedback. We have implemented new programs to show our employees how much they are valued. We would not be anywhere without the amazing group of people we have.

Pros

Management listens to what employees think. My direcrt supervisor is amazing! Flexibility with schedules is good, and being able to make up time for doctors appointments and such is a nice benefit.

Cons

Company has had to cut back on benefits/bonuses previously provided. Cost of health care is pricey. Wages could be better, especially for those employeed here for lenthy time.

Pros

Casual dress. Flex starting time -1/2 hr leeway. Great building and amenities. Friendly staff and attorneys. Continuing to organize and be more efficient. Mgmt will hear suggestions. Fun holidays and events..charity driven. Busy and fast paced for a quick work day. A place where you can make a difference and self motivated employees excel.

Cons

Workloads and demands can be stressful. communication can be challenging with busy schedules and mgmt out of the office. However I've looked at reviews from FC law firms all over OH and these are common cons listed. RAC@J has always worked with those willing and self motivated to learn and grow..they understand the fast paced demands and need people who are high driven and problem solvers. This is not a job for people who are looking for bare minimum this is for people who are wanting to better themselves in a career sense. Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of the benefits. Those who complain about everything will do that no matter where they work. So that's a con ..every company has people who only see the worse.
