      Pros

      This company provides an a decent paycheck for trash handling.

      Cons

      Management does not care about those who do their jobs. Their focus is on prioritizing their favorites. They do nothing about the employees who bring marijuana vape pens on the job in government buildings. They allow regular techs to supervise and fire their fellow employees at will. They allow employees to dictate to others what they do and they tamper with the tools of their job. Lovely.

      Pros

      There is some opportunity for advancement to a supervisor role and beyond. Good employees are respected and treated well. The company has major contracts in the Portland area.

      Cons

      Graveyard shift is a possibility. The work can be very physically demanding if you do it right and you don't get put on an easy route. There is nothing interesting, new, or exciting about cleaning toilets and mopping up vomit. Turnover rate is high.
