Pros

There is no good reason to work in ReleasePoint

Cons

I had an extremely disappointing experience working at ReleasePoint. The company suffers from a severe lack of professionalism, and the work environment is riddled with office politics, which hinders collaboration and growth. There is no sense of job security or career development, and employees are often treated like puppets rather than valued contributors. Additionally, the company fails to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere, especially for female employees, which is highly concerning. Leadership appears uninterested in addressing these issues, making it feel like a dead-end job. I strongly advise potential job seekers to think twice before joining this organization, as it could be a significant setback for your career and well-being.

Pros

Welcoming culture, good corporate location.

Cons

Absolutely terrible senior leadership. No strategic direction, and terrible on boarding process. You practically have admin’s on boarding you, sharing information that isn’t documented anywhere. They come on strong and welcoming, but that only lasts about three weeks and then you’re left to fend for yourself. Senior leadership changes direction practically every minute, which makes management and execution virtually impossible. Run the other way, or work for the competitor.
