Pros
Good benefits however are around 50 per week ( very expensive) for single ppo plan, dental is standard 5 dollars a week, and same for vision. The job security is great at a distribution center im in, however getting overtime is non existent here. It can get busy and can be dead
Cons
Hard workers get nothing extra and the lazy employees get a pat on tge back for standing around sucking up. There going to get just as good of a raise as you with the 1-5 % raise. No matter what you do getting a 3 is all you will get not even a cost of living raise simply a here's 30 cents more on the hour when every company around is giving retention bonuses; new hire bonuses and majority are starting out at 20-26 dollars per hour.
