Pros
If you're into cutting edge IT, you'll be right in the middle of it. Fun-loving culture. Amazing individuals on the technical team working hard for customers.
Cons
Definitely a frat-house atmosphere, where everything is played fast and loose. I was expected to do things of questionable morality, both related to my coworkers and customers. Very much a sales-driven company--more interest in winning deals than doing what's right for employees or customers. Those in the "in" crowd (usually of the "bro" mindset) with senior leadership are advanced quickly through careers, while others are working hard to keep the lights on with little or no recognition.
