Pros

When you say it's not a good work environment, can you please be specific? I had the opportunity to work with one of Remote Staff’s clients two years ago, and I only have positive things to say about the company and the people. If I hadn't gotten married and become a housewife, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Pros

Politics is natural and normal in any company, big or small. Moreso changes in policies, processes and way of doing things. Like any adaptable enterprise, change should always be expected and inevitable. This is necessary in order to stay competitive and provide jobs to a lot of people which I think Remote Staff has provided me and my family. I have been working in this company for the past 8 years under the same client.

Cons

Now in terms of the salary increases, a company is not obligated to give raises solely based on tenure. You may have worked at a company for a long time, but if you are not producing the expected results, you should not expect a raise. This is just being fair.

None. Just make sure when you sign the contract with them to clarify every detail so that you can negotiate for better rates depending, of course, on your skills and expertise.
