Loved the pets that would come in to the store, most customers were so sweet and you would build bonds with some of the regulars and get invested in their pets.
Cons
Barely any support from head office, No management training at all, no overtime for salary, yet expected to work (sometimes for weeks) 7 day weeks if having staffing issues
