Everything. Owners have 3 individuals running the business who don’t know what they are doing. They allow them to get rid of the employees who actually know what they are doing due to their own insecurities and lack of management skills. They throw in your face how they work 23.5 hours a day and expect you to do the same. Let’s not forget how you don’t get paid and the unrealistic expectations of having to write $100,000 a month in premium your first week there with zero carriers because they are losing them left and right and don’t know how to appoint you correctly to the ones they do have. The good reviews are written by those terrified to lose their jobs or were begged by upper management to write a review. Save your dignity and run from this circus.
