Excellent mentorship and team environment. Very open and caring team and company. Given guidance when needed and enough room to figure it out on your own without the pressure or fear of failure

fast-paced environment and there high and low periods due to the nature of the construction business

The team is amazing and very open to helping each other when one needs it. We have the option to work from home as well as flexibility during the day if we need to run out for an appointment.

Cons

The wage is okay. Other than that nothing comes to mind.
