Pros

Blackberry is still a great product and people who work there are genuinely passionate about what they do.

Cons

Too much emphasis on legal, resulted in a lot of unnecessary red tape.

Pros

I worked in a high pressure, highly technical environment, supporting the worlds largest companies. Once I left I had skills and experience that were the foundation for the rest of my career. The trouble shooting skills, and escalation processes I learned there have been of huge benefit to other companies I have joined since.

Cons

-The workload can be intense and the issues complex, but to be honest that is what I liked about it. -Politics can be a bit of an issue but then the same is true of any large company -Career progressions is and was slow, if you don't get in at a high enough level it can take you two years to jump quite minor levels
