      Pros

      Company is transitioning from a lifestyle business to something that is really exciting. Team is more like a startup than a publicly traded company. Lots of excitement and growth potential.

      Cons

      Having to worry about EBITDA margins when the company is more like a growth stage startup handicaps it a bit.

      Flexibility, everyone here is really nice.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing bad to say. The team is not too big so you will not have as much opportunities to grow in terms of job position, but salary and work environment compensates that for sure.
