      Pros

      The list is almost too extensive to include everything but here are some highlights: 1) Upper Management is approachable, flexible and dynamic 2) Corporate culture is very progressive. While there is structure, it is very enabling rather than being stiffling 3) Company is truly forward looking. Constantly growing and expanding means ample room for promotion. 4) Compensation is very fair and the Vacation/PTO allowances are extremely generous 5) It's just fun working here!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that with such rapid growth, things can be a little unorganized at times, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. As I said, the company is dynamic and constantly changing, so if you like every day to bring fresh challenges, this can be a "Pro".

      Ability to manage own self

      Cons

      Constantly moving direction. No consistency, creating fear and confusion with employees. Completely subject to one funding entity. Employees direction changing from day to day. Scope of work not indicative of different areas of the country. Contractors unwilling to take on work due to pricing not representative of the area. Management just trying to maintain employees while corporate is is befuddled.
