      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. A lot of supportive people. Impressive Customer list.

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance, expected to work long hours and be contactable at any time. Slow outdated product technology. Huge staff turnover, will fire people without too much thought. People are scared to provide feedback due to history of people losing their job. Deadlines never met, causing customer frustration. Management not willing to listen to ideas.

      Full of good staff trying to do the right thing.

      Yet another investor backed AI business luring staff by promising the world, offering endless benefits and big salaries to offset the fact they have a churn rate that would put butter to shame.
