The negative aspects of this company are the worst I've experienced in any so-called 'international' company in Greece. First of all, nepotism is rampant—most of the staff are either cousins or related to each other, and many of them come from the same village. This creates a cliquey and unprofessional work environment where favoritism is obvious. Another major issue was the complete failure to meet the terms agreed upon during the hiring process. Despite having everything confirmed via email (including payment details), the company did not follow through. When I tried to address these issues, HR was not only unhelpful but also outright rude, refusing to meet any of my needs or even discuss the concerns I had raised. It was extremely loud, and the heat was excessive to the point that it became unbearable for anyone to work under such conditions. There was little regard for employee health and comfort, which only added to the overall toxic atmosphere. The overall atmosphere was toxic, with poor communication, lack of transparency, and a general disregard for employee well-being. There is little to no room for growth, and the management seems more concerned with maintaining their inner circle than fostering a healthy work culture. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair, respectful, and professional working environment.
