Extremely high turnover. Low pay. Unrealistic expectations. Poor communication. Crappy software. High stress, low reward. Lies within company, and lies to clients and members.

Terrible management Supervisors go get pedicures and call it a “meeting” say if you wanted to go you could’ve just said so Supervisor in loans treats employees like trash and belittles you (even if you need maternity leave )
