      Pros

      Happy place to work, such a great feel to the place and lots of fun events. Management are great always make you feel valued. Give you the help when you need it. Time off is great, most days get accepted if you need it off Great bonus scheme Very flexible work/life balance and get to work from home

      Cons

      Salary could be better or regular reviews of salary Work load can be high but the pro's out way the cons, They help you manage this.

      Pros

      The team that I worked directly with was amazing. My manager was amazing in both roles that I had.

      Cons

      If one of the Directors doesn't like you it is a living hell to work there. They all talk behind your back, nit-pick everything you do, and overall are a terrible group of people. The President, a woman, doesn't even care when sexual harrassment cases are filed.
