Pros

Working with this company you encounter many good and dedicated workers, the job itself is satisfying. Seeing the completion of a project is breath taking. The office support staff are very helpful and direct.

Cons

High turn over of management in the field. The operations team needs to be people who understand how the industry works. More training for Team Leads, and have team consistency. Support workers instead of always putting them down. .

Steady work-> Hotels Paid for in Advance -> $20 a day per diem for travel days and days out of town -> Paid by the hour while traveling to and from home to project> Fuel reimbursed weekly

They do reimburse you for your fuel and you get to travel alot

Cons

They do not promote from with in the company and alot of the senior management lie to the employees and tell them what they want to hear instead of telling them the truth
