      Pros

      The only pros to ResponsiveEd were that I worked with some great teachers.

      Cons

      The pay is far below average of surrounding area schools. I was making 10k less than the nearby schools. All the people at corporate are a mess. They are lazy and rude and take forever to get things done.

      This is the best remote teaching job I’ve ever had. I have taught at CAVA which had a super supportive culture but an incredible work load for working at home. Responsive Ed solutions virtual school is a dream job-if you have a chance to apply, don’t let this opportunity slip through your fingers!

      -The school you work at works with you

      Cons

      -Corporate creates an unsafe environment for the teachers and students by not adhering to shooting threats quickly and efficiently, and do not remove violent students from the school -Care more about how much money they get and do not use the money they have to pay their teachers or make the necessary upgrades to the school. -Keep admin in the school that is racist, misogynistic, and wants you to "fix" grades so students, especially SPED or 504 students, won't fail.
