      -Made good friends here, who I continue to keep in touch with. We bonded because we all had to look out for each other when Patti was around...

      Cons

      - For the sake of Patti Pao not coming after me, I’m not going to give much information about myself. However, I feel the need to write this to give fair warning to ANYONE looking to work here. It is an INSANELY HOSTILE environment, solely because of the CEO, Patti. She would flip out without warning (cue the hair pulling and crazy eyes), and then 5 minutes later try to act like your best friend. - There is ZERO corporate structure, and she will probably fire you, or you'll be so miserable you'll quit... - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

      Exciting products and technology Very aggressive strategy and growth oriented company Salary is competitive Good location Attractive perks Smart colleagues (not including CEO)

      Cons

      CEO is horrible. She is abusive, screams, swears and humiliates her employees, suppliers and those that are not absolutely critical to her own success. I am amazed that the investors can let such a person can manage this company. I left, thank God after only 4 months. Took a less paying job with a competitor and sleep well at night again. I started looking for a new job less than 3 weeks after I started with Restorsea. Not a single one of my colleagues there were happy...they were just scared..

      + salary (combat pay) + fancy perks + prime office location

      Cons

      - Very abusive - zero work/life balance - no respect - all around weird, uncomfortable, hostile environment - screaming in your face -employee turnaround seems like it is very frequent - absolutely zero management skills - coworkers were totally unhappy -felt like walking on eggshells
