      Excellent culture. Kind and open. Supportive. Fantastic use of coaching in all aspects of the business.

      Pros

      Kind people. Not hierarchical. Superb adult to adult interactions. Each employee receives excellent coaching and is trained in coaching. The best team meetings and company communication. Lots of fun.

      Cons

      Typical charity issues regarding pay scales, scarcity mentality, overly cautious, tightly controlling over the vision and external communications. The result is operating in excellence but can also feel constrictive.

      Pros

      - The best feedback culture I have ever been a part of, with a genuine intention for people to thrive and be at their best through honest, transparent feedback. - Great senior leadership team that are honest and transparent about the pros/cons about upcoming changes. - Fosters an environment of collaboration, non-hierarchal 'the best idea wins' and fun. - Learn the invaluable life skill of coaching as part of any job description.

      Cons

      - Because of the Spear programme cycle, holiday's are more expensive as you take them in 'school holiday' season.

      Great experience despite a not so great finance manager

      Pros

      Great onboarding process - I felt very welcomed by the whole team and senior management. Met some really nice people. Great induction.

      Cons

      My manager at the time was quite bad at managing people apparently, which led me to quitting after a couple of months only. Apart from that, lovely people and place to work.
