Pros
I come from an experienced background and I loved how much I could still learn here. The CXO team is passionate and truly believe in what they do, they are highly qualified too coming from the relevant backgrounds. And certainly they don't know everything which they are humble to admit. There was no hierarchy and I always felt my ideas were heard, appreciated, and adopted. Most important is that they have a tangible solution and it's just the matter of time and I'm pretty sure they'll do very good. Best of luck to the management and the team.

Sometimes I feel the processes are not clear, but it's fine, we are all learning and as long as you are humble to recognize that, it's fine.

Few and insignificant. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Cons
Constant pressure from unmet customer expectations. The solution does not work as advertised, the team does not exist, the success stories do not exist.
