Pros

Started as a Help Desk Call Analyst and after a year I was promoted to the second line team. Two years later I got a position as Assistant Project Manager but then Covid happened and I was sent into furlough. Unfortunately my position was made redundant and I was offered a job in the Help Desk, which I accepted. Four months later I applied for a maternity cover in the Marketing department and I got it.

Cons

Salaries might not be as competitive as other companies in the sector which isn't great if that is your main goal. However there is a continuous learning environment and opportunities to grow.

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

There was a very high turnover rate due to the management not being able to empower the valid employees.

Pros

Made some excellent friends, always felt supported by HR.

Cons

So much more 'for show'. A lot money put into looking good and frivolous events than actual substance, leaving the teams that do the real work struggling. Management are out of touch with the workforce.
